Who I am

Cosmic IT Solutions Pty Ltd is a website maintenance business based in Sydney, NSW. This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website and how I use it.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, website address and the message you send. I don't ask for more than I need to reply to you.

How I use it

I use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and do the work you ask for. I don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who else handles it

The contact form is processed by Formspree, and email is handled by Cloudflare (routing), Google (mail storage) and SMTP2GO (sending). These services may store data outside Australia. Hosting is provided by Cloudflare.

Access to your site

If you give me access to your website, server or accounts to do work, I use it only for that work and keep credentials secure. You can revoke access at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing [jennifer@cosmicit.com.au].

Questions or complaints

Email me first and I'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
